Hai friends,
I am going to do a project based on PIC16F877A controller, which reads the signal from a MQ-5 gas sensor, and the controller should send a message from a gsm module if there is a gas leakage detected and at the same time PIC should close the solenoid vale connected to the out put port. can anyone suggest the circuit diagram considerations while designing.
thank you friends.

A better way is sense the gas leakage and if there is gas leakage then close the valve of the gas cylinder. You need motorised valve or regulator for the gas cylinder. It will be mush safer to use such a system.
