I need to store some user defined values. I'm wondering should i go with external EEPROM chip or dealing with the IAP and write in "user defined" portion of Flash memory ?

LPC2148
**broken link removed**

uC offer 2x I²C and 1x SPI port, which can be used for external EEPROMs, try FRAM memory (**broken link removed**).

Best regards,
Peter

I appreciate the links, but that did not answer my question. Should i go with internal rom or should i use eeprom ?

External EEPROM is a good choice if cost is not a concern.
