Hi,
Can anybody help me in understanding the Low Power Operating Modes of a Processor (Sleep,Snooze,Doze,Hibernate and Halt modes).
I'm finding some difficulties in testing IDDQ current (core CPU and IO) of a TMS420MicroController. It will be very helpful for me if I get the precise information. Your reply will be greatly appreciated.
Any suggestion through links/books are welcomed.

Thanks & Regards,
Mahaboob Baig.
