Hi,
I am looking for a GSM module that is less than 0.6mA on Sleep (phone call wake up). The lower the better since it will mostly be in sleep and I want it to last for as long as possible!

It would be nice to be small, but I would like to start with Ultra low power if possible.... Any ideas?

This is for M2M so features can be minimal.

Thank you.
