I am working on low noise measurement system which is supposed to measure voltage down to tens of nanovolts. can anybody give suggestions in this regards.
The dynamic range of input signal is from 100V to tens of nanovolts, there is need to use zener at input for electronic circuit protection. What are typical noise floors of zeners available commercially is the information required
