Hi all, I need to design a low noise amplifier with noise figure (i.e. equal to 1.97dB in my case) and maximum gain at 13.6GHz frequency.
My problem is I couldn't find a commercial device which is suitable for my assignment and the device which am looking for should not be internally matched (i.e. the input impedance should not be equal to 50ohm).

Thank you for your help.

If you intend to design your LNA, look at this page, you'll find some FETs.
