Uin=3,6....6V
Uout=3,3V (+/-5% or even more..)
Iout=30mA
Iq< 30uA (!!!) at cca 50uA Iout

Has anybody come accross schematic for a simple transistor (or fet) based regulator where no high requirements for output voltage precision is present, but quiscent current is very low? It should have moderate LDO characteristics (Uin-min-Uout=0,3V)
I couldn't find monolithic solution. Closest I came was LP2950(75uA typ).

Try LT3010 from Linear Technology.
I am sure there are others.

You can try: NCP698, NCP551 from ON Semiconductor
