Low frequency, high IIP3 Power amplifier

Hi to all
Can you give for me suggestions about design low frequency (60-300MHz) wideband ic cmos power amplifier, with parameters:
Pin = -15 dBm on 25 Ohm
Pout = 8 dBm on 75 Ohm
IM3 = 50 dB on maximum output power (8 dBm)
Vdd = 2.5V
