Looking USB PIC programmer with 2 I/O port and LCD

Basically I need a usb pic programmer with 2 I/O port, which one is used for pc to transfer data and another one is for other usage, plus LCD screen that can used by the pic itself to display stuff.....

so anyone come across this kinda of poragmmer... I need both the schematic and program.............................
