Hi all,
I am a fresh grad who just enter IC design industry few months ago. I am looking for tutorials or any materials which can help me to get more knowledge about vlsi. Right now i am using this one, http://www.vlsi-expert.com/. Quite a useful one, but i still looking for more. Any recommendations?

Hi,

As first step I highly recomend you to dominate the content of these books:

Design of Analog CMOS Integrated Circuits by Behzad Razavi, for analog VLSI design.

CMOS Circuit Design, Layout, and Simulation by R. Jacob Baker, for digital VLSI design.

The Art of Analog Layout, by Alan Hastings, for VLSI layout techniques.

If you need more specific info just specify more on your interests.

Greetings.
