please help:

thin clients(virtual office) cafe timer need to be manually set so that the timing mechanism can be activate, instead of a customer checking in and sets the time him/herself without the owner's(internet cafe admin) intervention.
its really cumbersome and annoying.....
hope you understand what i mean!!
Need a s/w that will automatically allow the customer to surf as long as he/she can and it automatically computes the charges according to my charges.


ANY INFO WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED:D
