Looking for single r/s latch IC

searching r/s latch

Hi everybody, I'm looking for a single r/s latch IC, but I can not find any single, all manufacturers (texas Inst., philips, ....) have quad r/s latches. Does anyone know about a single one?

u can make a rs latch from either 2 NOR gates or 2 NAND gates,
refer to text books or search in google, and u will find it is easy to build one such latch.

I know that, but i'm looking for an IC of one r/s latch integrated on it, and all that i have found integrate 4 latches

if u had seach in google and still not found anyone, then u should consider it in another way using economy thought : it has no more profit to do such an IC. so no one want to do that:!:
