Looking for schematic of a meter to measure voltages in the IF range

Can anyody give schematic of a meter/adaptor to measure voltages in the IF range such as in gsm mobile phone or other equipments
 

IF VOLTAMEASUREMENT

Small signals are best measured with a spectrum analyzer. That's not something you can easily whip up on your bench. New ones are expensive, but there are lots of great deals in the used/surplus market if you shop carefully.

Sometimes we use a measuring receiver, but that's a more exotic instrument.
