Frankly, I wouldn't bother any more with the P87LPC7XX ..

There are new products on the market, namely the P89LPC9XX series, which not only are pin-to-pin raplacement, but have added many features, such as for example FLASH memory ..

Well,

you can find a list of all tools for the LPC764 on the Philips website. If you go to the product site of the 764 here: https://www.semiconductors.philips.com/pip/P87LPC764BD.html
For Programmers start here:
https://www.semiconductors.philips....ort/development_tools/tools_by_family/lpc700/
and select programmers

Now, if you are working on a new design I would recommend the same thing use the LPC900 family. The only disadvantage for the 900s, they are 3V only, no 5V operation.
