Looking for resources about designing PI filters

Hello everyone,
I need to design a PI filter that can be used to isolate the noise between supply lines and a pcb board.And I know nothing about pi filters??
Can anyone help me out in this regard in designing the pi filter??
Also please suggest some links on pi filters design.....
