Looking for reference for bonding diagram

really hard to find some leadframe reference as long as i donno what can be my die size and where my pad should put!!!, those big company always need u are "potential " to be their customer and prephaps need to submit a PO in order to send the information out?any help, those are common package, why still so hard to find!!!!
