Hi guys,
i need some material related transition faults and transition fault models.it is associated with DFT(Design for Testability)
thanks in advance!
 

Transition faults

Look under DFT links in **broken link removed**
Look at the DFT courses, and look for handouts on Delay Testing.
Hope this helps.
