Looking for Master thesis tpics in Satellite Comm

Dear all,

I am planning to make a master thesis and I am interested to do something related to satellite communications. Can you please help me by suggesting usefull hot topics in this regard or How can I come up with an ineresting topic?

Some ideas that come to my mind and related to Satellite are improving SNR or data rate or Disaster Rescue and management, but I could not reach to an exact topic in these areas and I am not sure of the availibilty of the resources. May you please help me / guide me to achieve my goal?

If you have any useful documents, pleas tell how can I get it from you.

How about try satellite and ground optical telecomm? There are many topics on it, such as SNR and modulation, RF budget, etc.
