you can see solid state devices by streetman and baneerjee, that book deals everything about FET and MOSFET, and also solid state devices and circuits by david. a. bell....

Sedra and smith is a good book..
CRC press VLSI hand book is also gud one..

sedra and smith is an excellent book.. but you have to read it very carefully and between the lines.. otherwise you will have problems understanding the depth of content...

Since MOSFET technology is moving forward very quickly, so you had better to study the latest documents provided by the wellknown MOSFET manufacturers such as IRF (www.irf.com), ON semiconductor (www.onsemi.com), Fairchild (www.fairchildsemi.com), TI (www.ti.com), Freescale (www.freescale.com).
