MS-DOS has a utility called EXE2BIN that could turn some EXE files into COM files, basically a binary image. A Google search will turn up replacements and caveats.

The EXE2BIN can't deal with files more than 64KB.
Does anyone know an overcome for this problem?

the binary image u meant..it's an image or a binary map?
