I loved to work with MSP 430, you can program a uC with functionalities of o microprocessor (and it`s RISC) but a big problem of MSPs is absolut missing of good examples in Internet and particularly write in C. Please if someone has projets with MSP write in C, please share it ...

MSP430 is good, cheap and powerfull but just will become popular (and more cheaper) with easy axamples available in the Internet.

PS: if you want has a list msp430@yahoogroups.com, but most of topics are about asm

u can find a TCP/IP stack written for the MSP with IAR

First google for "MSP430 project" and you will find many project

2nd if you are a good C programmer you can probebly teak any source code wirrten in C and convert it into MSP C and there are lot of C project for micro controller try : wxw.c51.de
