I have problem design layout for photo diode using Mentor Graphics.
Anybody can give for me example of the photo diode layout.
can you help me ?

Hi

When you search circuit design examples, than you can find some design examples from Hamamatsu here: **broken link removed**.
If you mean a physical layout of a photodiode, it is easy to start with a diode layout.
