wat all the essentials to be known to design a FPGA board.

To design a board with FPGA, you need the knowledge in board designing. And you need an idea about the FPGA boards.

I suggest you go through the FPGA development kit offered by Xilinx, Altera, Actel, Lattice, etc. To get the detailed information about the FPGA boards, you go through the manuals of the above mentioned FPGA development boards.

In Xilinx and Altera websites, in University Programs section, You can get a lot of material for FPGA based designing.

1. Digital Analog circuit design
2. Power supply design SMPS
3. Signal Integrity principal and applications
4. CPU amd MP design practice and technicques
5. and etc..
