Hi,
if you go through google.com, you will get plenty of material. for analog layout book
art of analog layout by allen hasting is best
analog IC layout design by Den clein
------------------- by kristopher saint and judy saint
First and second book is available on edaboard.com. For this type in search menu
I sugest u to go through the art of lay out or lee baker.
These are too good for the layout skills.
But simultaneously u have to do practice and start doing layout also.
If you are student or work alone, books help.
If you are from industry, your experience peers (layout and IC designers) would be the best guidance, as lots of layout skills may not be able to find in the books and they could be products specific.
i suggest the best way is to make , compare and learn. So get into making certain layouts and try to compare them with some of the senior engineer around u. books help but making them really helps.
IC Layout Basics : A Practical Guide
by Christopher Saint, Judy Saint
This is so far the best I've ever seen. The author does a great job in explaining the whole concept at a very basic level and gradually takes to the higher level. You don't have to focus so much while reading this book [I would fall asleep if I do ... ] This is more like a novel and is so relaxing and refreshing at the same time. My 2 cents...
IC Mask Design: Essential Layout Techniques. This is another book by the same author. I was looking to buy one. Did anyone read this? Would like some feedback on this...
