Did you mean LCD screen (LCD Monitor) or a simple dot matrix LCD? Please tell all of the text that is present on the label of the product.

The LCD is used for digital camera,it maybe a TFT LCD...the size is 2.5 inch.

why don't u approach the manufacutrer of the camera and ask for the datasheet of the lcd......
