hi
i need a book that teachs me how to deal with the AT89C51 microcontroller , to be my staring point i donot have any experience with the AT microcontrollers , i would be very grateful if u can help me .

AT89C51 belongs to the 8051 family, so search this forum, or google for 8051 ..

Yes, it is, but the links IanP provided are to the so called "8051 bible" (8051 user manual). This originates at Intel, and the Philips' version is a verbatim copy, except that it is a searchable pdf, whereas the intel's is a scanned, nonsearchable one.

The Atmel's version of "bible" is a yet another one (almost) verbatim copy of the "hardware" part, http://www.atmel.com/dyn/resources/prod_documents/doc4316.pdf .

Please note, that it is the "bible" which contains the basic information, not the datasheet - the datasheet in this case is intended only to augment the "bible" with the parameters which are unique to the particular derivative (such as the electrical parameters, package pinout etc.).
