Need programmer for all PICs

Added after 1 minutes:

HEllo friend i need programmer for all pics (universalprogrammer)
i make one with MAX232 IC but it cant work Can any body give me Diagram and how to use it plzzz reply

It's a little pointless buying an original PicKit2 right now, considering Microchip is intending to stop supporting it soon.

The new PicKIT3 is quite similar, and if you haven't used the older PicKIT2 you won't find any disadvantages with #3.
