Looking for a simple SLA charger for alarm system

HI,

I am looking for a simple SLA charger for alarm system. It is for 12V 1.2Ah Sla battery, when the mains in missing, the battery feeds the alarm circuit.

Have a look at this. You can modify the input so that instead of solar panels, a transformer, bridge rectifier and filter capacitors are used.

This is no so simple. I am looking for a "not too complicated" solution.
 

Simple enough? Just remember that there is no protection from over-charging or over-discharging! But hey, it's your call.
