Anybody knows of a simple 18F4620 programmer ?

Is ti possible to use JDM ? If so, with what software ?

it supports 4620.

Hi,

I built the EPIC programmer. It programs my 18F542 chips, but when it comes to the 18F4620 it fails.

It cannot even erase the chip. Rads 0000 all the time.

Any pionters ?

I managed to get EPIC to program the 18F4620. Soldering a 100nf cap between the VSS and VDD lines of the ZIF socket did the trick.
