Hi All...
I'm looking for an Inductance Sensitive Oscillator circuit ...
i want to make a "Metal Detector" circuit and need details, can anybody help me ???
Thanks in advanced
Any of the classic LC ones will work. The usual frequency chosen is around 100 kHz. You then mix that with another oscillator which uses a small coil and you hear a tone. When the metal comes within the magnetic field of the coil of the first oscillator, the inductance and thus the frequency change. You hear a change in the mixing frequency.
as i mentioned ,i need more details.
i need this circuit for a vehicle detector sensor,if you experinced on this subject please help me.
i haven't enough frequency change so i cann't detect vehilces.
it's an inductive loop vehicle detector.
thanks for your attention.
