i need 64 or more channel analoge to digital convertor
can any body give me the IC number

Your question is too broad in scope. You need to provide more information such as: what is the bandwidth of the inputs? How much oversampling do you need? What are the levels and types of inputs (e.g. DC only, AC with DC, millivolts, volts, etc.) Do you need to have differential inputs or single ended inputs? Do all channels need to be sampled simultaneously?

Which application do you want to use it in?
You want to design Interleaved ADC or ROIC(read out IC application)?
