Hi all,
I did loadpull analysis of the cree CGHV40100 for 2.492 GHz frequency with 40dBm input power as follows:
Output : (PAE = 54.301 and Pmax = 50.027).
After that, I designed stability network and DC bias network for the device. Loadpull analysis of the CGHV40100 along with designed network are as follows:
Where detailed schematic of the circuit including DC bias & Stability network is as follows:
Output : (PAE = 5.567 and Pmax = 36.625)
why is that so? what could be the possible flaws in the circuit?
