Load Sensor to weigh a LPG Gas cylinder

Traditional LPG Gas trolleys had to be fixed with the load sensors to find the weight of the gas cylinder continuously. The analog values of the sensor have to converted digitally. Thus which sensors and appropriate ADC do you recommend compatible to the microcontroller. Weight min- 14kg to max- 35kg.

You will have to calibrate the load sensor by measuring the analog voltage it produces for a given load.This might be helpful.
