May I know why the value of load regulation in my LDO circuit is more than 1.
The value supposed to be 0.XX something.

Is there any factor will affect load regulation?

Any recommended method to measure load regulation in cadence simulation?
 

Let's start with the basics;
show us first the formula that you used to calculate load regulation.
 

I have seen load regulation expressed in several different
ways. V/V, %/V, etc. Some LDOs are incapable of getting
to zero sourced current and a no load - full load test will
give a really poor result while 10%-100% load will look OK.
You need to evaluate test conditions / methods along with
the circuit and the end application(s), to be sure you are
working against realistic expectations and requirements
(these two may or may not be the same, again you need
to understand both).

Your formula is correct.

A regulation of 1 means that for each amp you are going to drop one volt. The regulator is not regulating at all.
