hi , i know nothing about linux , so plz i need good tutorial to start with and the sources that i'll need .... also what kind of linux would be suitable for me (redhat , suse , fedora core ... ) ?
 

Learnkey CBT tutorial by Mike mayers is the best starting thing for linux newbies

isnt there any books or pdf's .... i prefer those to video tutorials
