It is a general description of an interesting project that provides original light.

Electronics:
Acoustic input leads the signal to ILUMINOFONY blocks – a classic system of band filters dividing the band into four parts: low (red), medium (green) and high (blue). In addition, a 'vocal' filter of the width approximately 300 – 3kHz is added (yellow).
All the filters have gain controls available from the front panel, and the sums (sensitivities of the entire block).

AQ input:
It is input of the same signal on the low-pass filter with system which shapes the pulse – for tearing (alternatively with the generator) the „digital” system of light control.

STROBE AUTO input:
Very similar in construction filter and similar principle – it triggers (instead of control from generator) the strobe.

All the generators are on 555. AT89C2051 was used as digit programmer (the order of triggering). Each programmer has 10 control programs (combinations) inside.

Power supplies:
3 power supplies – one for each of three supply phases (two of them are used only for controlled lights, and the third for powering the acoustics, disco control center and powering smoke-making machine, strobe and electronic part). Although dimmers are connected to two phases, and the triacs triggering is phase – it is obvious that the powering systems of the zero generator must be separated from the power of actuators.

Disco control center:
8 channels that power the light with no possibility of brightness regulation (on-off), used for special effects such as UFO, JUPITER, etc. and possibly anything that requires the ability of such a control. The control is a classic system of optotriac and triac application, but triggered in zero. On the first picture you can see that there are two rows of breakers – on each of them you can „set” the effects you want to be turned on together, using isostats. Each of groups of breakers has a separate sum switch, so that you can set 'scenes' – first is for example 1, 3, 5, 6 channels on and the second is 2, 4, 7, 8. Depending on the light settings, you can gain another effects on the auditorium/dancefloor. For example, the lower ramps + smoke give the impression of wandering in the fog, which at the middle and upper ramps looks completely different.

Dimmers:
Dimmers are carried out on systems of comparators and the voltage control system in the range of 0-10V for them. Those voltages are set by sliders – one slide for each of four channels plus the sum slider – you can dim/lighten the whole four simultaneously.
There are four such „fours” - signals from the „setting” part of: iluminofony (filters), „digit I”, „digit II” and additionaly a choice of DC voltage 10V.

Mode (sequence) of operating for each of the channels of the four is selectable by successive isostats set (analogical) vertically below the sliders corresponding to the illumination of each channel/colour. Since the DC voltage application (adjustable by the slider) does not cause „flashing”, you can statically adjust the brightness in the channel, group or reflectors (useful for small scenes).
Each „four” has the possibility (thanks to breakers and relays) to give the voltages to one of two output sockets belonging to a section (four). This increases the possibility to choose what to shine at the moment.
