Led Blinking use of PCR406

i have a used for series led blinking using PCR406j . so is that other way to use instead of PCR406j to other transistor like BC547/8.

I didn't find any PCF406j but there is PCR406j and it is a SCR. Post your circuit.

i think my scr is damaged so any other in real market SCR use to this circuit.

I think the cicruit is powered from 12V and the resistors after bridge and filter drop the voltage to 5V or less for the COB. Did you remove the SCR and tested? Maybe one output of COB driving the gate of SCR is dead.
