Learning PIC microcontrollers

Hello!
I want to learn PIC microcontrollers with C programming..
I dont know from where do I get start..I'm Confused with PIC series 12/16&18...and I dont knw how to use MPLAB
to program PIC in embedded C language!!
Tell Me how do I get Start and from where?
