Layout plus + gerbtool

Hi,

I have a problem with Orcad layout plus and wssi gerbtool. In Layout session manager's gerber tool menu i can't invoke the wssi gerbtool because commands new/open aren't active. How can i activate the commands?
Is there anyone who knows the problem and could help me? Any :idea: ?
