Layout Plus printing problem

Product: Layout Plus 9.2.3
System: Windows XP Pro
Printer: HP LaserJet 2100

Printing a layer at 600 dpi works, but when printing at 1200 dpi the scale on paper is about 0.7 (100 mils = 70 mils).
Post process preview is OK, scale setting is 1 to 1.
I have this problem only with Layout Plus.

Help me, please.
