Lattice FPGA VCC Filter Capacitor

Hello,
Today I have on each VCCIO 100nF capacitor to GND, and on the main VCC input I have 10uF and 100nF.
The reason is unknown because it is a prehistoric design.
Anyone know what is the recommendation for FPGA VCC input filter capacitors?

* Go to LATTICE internet site
* do a search for your_FPGA
* look for datasheets and application notes
