Antenna Design

Hie. Can somebody please help. For my final year project I am designing a steering beam antenna for 2.4GHz. I need varactor diodes each with capacitance ranging from 0.07pf to 39pf. cant identify any in the market.

This varactor with very low min capacitance and relative high max capacitance was not invented yet.
From the values you provide (0.07pF !!) I am pretty sure you got them from the simulator.
I recommend first to find a decent varactor, simulate and adjust the circuit for the new values.

for steering u can use passive circuit design also like power dividers with some RLC comps
