Please have a look at your modified picture below:
The resistor as pointed out by the red arrow seems to be burned as well. Am I
correct in my assumption?
As andre_teprom has already stated, you seriously need to obtain a schematic
on your RT-10D device.
You'll need the diagram for identifying the values of each resistor.
I have to admit that when I was working for a computer monitor repair center,
we rarely had the luxury of schematics and had to virtually repair it blind.
One consolation was the fact that if we had the same monitor in the shop
at the same time, we could use the other as a reference.
Perhaps you need to spread the word around if someone has the same unit,
they may be able to give you those resistor values.
Going by how badly burned those components are, I'd say you have quite a
bit of unseen damage. i.e. inside the components. More than likely a fair few
semi-conductor devices.
