Hai......i got new avr JTAGICE mkll debugger. i need to connect this to AT90PWM controller for debugging..when i check pin out of AT90PWM3 there is no TCK,TDO,TMS lines.. How can i connect? if you got something ..please share it

So you may not be able to use the mkII debugger with the AT90PWM3 micro.
I suspect a misunderstanding, unless you know better.

PWM3B is the recent, corrected chip version of PWM3, the latter may be just omitted from the mkii devices list. There are no other indications that the chip can't be used with mkii.

I haven't used MK II with AT90 series controllers ... but i went by the list of controllers the debugger supports. I was not fully aware if they are different or revisions of the chips. It looks like debugger be able to program AT90 series controllers using debug wire and SPI lines.

Attached is the wiring diagram for debugger to micro. Hope this helps.
