Hi,
I have done my BE in Electronics & Telecommunications. I need to publish a technical paper of my final year project, in any international journal.
So, I need help as to which journal to select? Do i have to write a paper in a format that is specific to the journal, or can I write a paper in IEEE format & submit it to the journal?

Kindly give your inputs.
