What is role of pL value in the propagation and prediction modelling.
According to ITU-R P. 530-7, the value of alpha, Terrian type and pL value, the geometric factor, K is calculated. but How is this calculation done. What is thier relationship?
Would you please reply with good clearification about this issue?
