Issue in reading the PSU FW information through PMBus

Reading the PSU's F/W information through the PMBus, and the returned information is n/a. After changing the pull-up resisitor from 2K to 2.7K on the BMC_PSU_CLK, this problem was solved. Wonder why please

Use a scope and compare the signals. (Levels, timing, ringing..)
