tsmc .35um

If I move a design from TSMC.35 to xfab.35, shall I expect a lot of change? Thanks.

No, it should be similar.
That's because XFAB got the process from Zarlink, which got it from Plessey, which got it from TSMC. So, XFAB got it from TSMC !

I read from David Johns&Ken Martin's book that technologies of the same size are similar. Is it a general conclusion?

How about if the xfab.35 is high voltage instead of the conventional low voltage .35?

From my own experience I can say that there is nothing as "identical" process if run in different fab - perhaps Intel has it.
I believe that there will be minor differences but nothing really big. Another think is that Xfab has two fabs - Lubbock and Erfurt which are slightly different.

You should re-simulate for sure.
