Is there anything similar to Xilinx Core Generator in Quartu

Hi,

I am trying figure out if there is anything similar to Xilinx Core generator in Altera Quartus tool. What should I do if I want to use FIFO generated from core generator ?

How do I use that functionality in Altera Quartus ?

Please let me know as soon as possible
