Is there any system to trace Hyper terminal during Modem is connected and its running

Is there any system to trace Hyper terminal during Modem is connected to pc and its running ?
I'm using EDGE modem for internet connection purpose. I want to trace its AT command or UART signal when its working with PC. is there any way ? any tracing soft is available ?
 

Also Sysinternals Portmon (now available from Microsoft) is a good serial port monitor.

In addition, if you are using the modem for PC network connection, the Windows modem (until connect occurs) and network stack logging information (when connected) may be helpful.
